Transfer of state funds.

A BILL

 

for

 

 1  AN ACT relating to administration of government;
 2  appropriating and transferring state funds as specified;
 3  and providing for an effective date.

 4 

 5  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Wyoming:

 6 

 7         Section 1.  Notwithstanding any other provision of
 8  law, including but not limited to any other enactment of
 9  the 2001 general and budget session and 2002 budget
10  session, there is appropriated and the state auditor shall
11  transfer on June 30, 2002 from the general fund to the
12  budget reserve account all funds other than those funds
13  necessary to maintain an unappropriated general fund
14  balance of ten million dollars ($10,000,000.00).

 1         Section 2.  This act is effective immediately upon
 2  completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law
 3  as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming
 4  Constitution.
