Senator Bill Hawks and Representative Clarene Law, Co-chairs, Joint Minerals, Business and Economic Development Interim Committee, have announced the Committee will meet:

Oil and Gas Conservation Commission

Casper, Wyoming

 

The purpose of the meeting is to address the following coal valuation issues:

            1.         The Powder River Coal Co. decision.

            2.         Point of valuation.

            3.         Valuation floor.

            4.         Intercompany/Affiliate sales.

            5.         Alternative valuation method.

           

Tentative Agenda is attached.
