This bill contains an appropriation of $2,877,325 from the GENERAL FUND to the Wyoming Higher Education Assistance Authority.

This bill contains an appropriation of $929,689 from the GENERAL FUND to the Wyoming Community College Commission.

This bill contains an appropriation of $65,000 from the GENERAL FUND to the University of Wyoming.
