Senator Curt Meier and Representative Tony Ross, Cochairmen of the Joint Corporations, Elections and Political Subdivisions Interim Committee, have announced the Committee will meet:

The purpose of the meeting is to address insurance issues including homeowner's insurance, insurance department accreditation and insurance producer licensing; telecommunications issues including the universal service fund and total service long-run incremental costs; elections issues including filling of vacancies, the Help America Vote Act and campaign contributions; contractor licensing and manufactured housing installation standards; and municipalities' relationships with utilities.

 

An agenda will be distributed at a later date.
