            Continuation of studies and modeling of school finance components forwarded at the October 10 Committee meeting.

3.         School Audits.

Annual report on school audit findings from recent school audits and audit-related finance issue studies.  Test audits were performed on three volunteer districts (Campbell #1, Laramie #2 and Sweetwater #2) as well as the State Department of Education.

4.         Full-Kindergarten Funding/Expenditures.

District expenditure report on full-Kindergarten funding made available for school year 2003-2004 and the feasibility of using federal NCLB funds as a mechanism to fund full-Kindergarten programs.
