4. Small School Study

2003 Laws, Chapter 208, Section 501 continued legislative study of the small school adjustment. To assist in study efforts, the Small School Study Advisory Group was established. The cumulative efforts of both the small school study and regional cost study are to address the impact of expiration of the hold harmless provision at the end of SY03-04.

4. Statewide Student Performance Tracking Data Capability

2003 Legislation funded efforts to establish a student performance data system supporting the requirements of school district body of evidence systems to determine levels of student performance and to comply with state graduation efforts. This effort initiated from the data facilitation conducted during the 2002 interim.
