The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the legal representation of juveniles and the role of attorneys and others appointed to assist juveniles involved with the legal process and to determine the scope of the study the Subcommittee will undertake as a subcommittee of the Select Committee on Juveniles. A proposed agenda is attached.
