The purpose of the meeting
is for the Committee to obtain information and discuss possible
legislation for: commercial driver's
license regulations, height and weight specifications for trucks, radioactive
materials transportation, posting of county speed limits, speed limits in
general and other business that the members might have. The Committee will also get an update on the National Guard and receive
information about graduated driver's license and Homeland security and defense issues. A tentative agenda is attached.
