MEETING NOTICE

Cheyenne - Senator John Hanes and Representative Colin Simpson, Cochairmen, Joint Judiciary Interim Committee, have announced the Committee will meet:

December 9 and 10, 2004

8:00 a.m.

Room 302, State Capitol

Cheyenne, Wyoming

The purpose of the meeting is to conclude consideration of proposed draft legislation that has been prepared pursuant to Committee directions.  Please note:  There will be a motion to reconsider 05LSO-0120.W10, split estates-procedures for oil and gas operations, which was amended and voted upon at the November 12, 2004 meeting in Lander, Wyoming. A Proposed Agenda for the meeting is attached hereto.  Questions about this meeting should be directed to Legislative Service Office Committee staff John Rivera.
