Cheyenne –  Senator Tex Boggs and Representative Steve Harshman, Cochairmen of the Education Merit Scholarship Committee, have announced the Committee will meet:

The purpose of the meeting is to receive public comment and consider legislation establishing Hathaway scholarships and funding for scholarships.
