Senator Tex Boggs, Chairman, Private School Licensing Subcommittee of the Joint Education Interim Committee, has scheduled a meeting of the Subcommittee as follows:

The focus of this meeting is to receive public comment on the matter of state licensure of private, for-profit degree-granting post secondary institutions operating in Wyoming and based on these comments and Subcommittee discussion, commence formulation of private school licensing recommendations for submission to the Joint Education Interim Committee.  A copy of the tentative meeting agenda is attached, and a copy of proposed draft legislation initiating Subcommittee discussion is available on the legislative website at http://legisweb.state.wy.us/.  Questions about this meeting should be directed to Dave Nelson, Legislative Service Office.  Persons with disabilities requiring special accommodations at this meeting are requested to contact the Legislative Service Office at (307) 777-7881 for assistance.
