Senator Tex Boggs, Chairman, Private School Licensing Subcommittee of the Joint Education Interim Committee, has scheduled a meeting of the Subcommittee as follows:

The focus of this meeting is to receive public comment on the matter of state licensure of private, for-profit degree-granting post secondary institutions operating in Wyoming and based on these comments and Subcommittee discussion, commence formulation of private school licensing recommendations for submission to the Joint Education Interim Committee. A copy of the tentative meeting agenda is attached, and a copy of proposed draft legislation initiating Subcommittee discussion is available on the legislative website at http://legisweb.state.wy.us/.
