JOINT JUDICIARY INTERIM COMMITTEE

 

Agenda

 

Cheyenne - Senator John Hanes and Representative Jack Landon, Cochairmen, Joint Judiciary Interim Committee, have announced the Committee will meet:

 

September 12 and 13, 2005

8:00 a.m.

 Best Western Cottontree Inn

23rd and Spruce Streets

Rawlins, Wyoming

 

The purpose of the meeting is to consider further issues presented at the first meeting, as well as receiving an update from the Department of Corrections, legislative requests from the Department of Family Services, and consideration of Title 25 involuntary commitments.  The Committee will also tour the Wyoming State Penitentiary.  An agenda will be provided at a later date.
