This meeting is to collect background information, present an initial overview, develop a common understanding between the agencies, industries and the Committee and to determine the direction the Committee will take with the following topics.  Follow-up meetings will be scheduled as deemed necessary by the Committee. 

 

This agenda sets forth the order in which the Committee will consider each topic.  The times stated are tentative – if a topic is concluded early, the Committee will proceed to the next topic.  The names stated are tentative – if the named person is unable to make the presentation, another person may be substituted.  The Committee will take a one-hour lunch break and will conclude its work by 5:00 p.m.
