Cheyenne – Representative Tom Lockhart, Chairman, of the Workforce Housing Subcommittee of the Joint Minerals, Business and Economic Development Interim Committee, has announced the Subcommittee will meet:

 

 

 October 18, 2006 – 10:00 A.M.

The purpose of the meeting is to discuss options to address workforce housing shortages, including possible directives for draft legislation.  A tentative agenda will be sent at a later date.

 

Please direct questions about this meeting to Legislative Service Office staff Dave Gruver.  Members of the public may attend by participating in the conference call at room 302 in the Capitol Building, Cheyenne, Wyoming.   Persons with disabilities wishing to attend this meeting by conference call should contact the Legislative Service Office at (307) 777-7881 for assistance.

 

Individuals who plan to provide written information to the subcommittee should provide sufficient copies for members of the subcommittee and staff.  If members of the public would like to present information to the subcommittee, it would be helpful to provide that to the LSO before the meeting, so the subcommittee can review it.   Electronic copies would be most helpful.  All materials provided to the subcommittee in written form will be part of the official record of the subcommittee’s meeting and will be on file at the Legislative Service Office.  Minutes of the meeting will be available on the legislative Web site at http://legisweb.state.wy.us/.
