Topic #1: Review of court identified issue of adequacy of statewide guidelines and appropriate space for cocurricular programs, historic buildings, long-distance learning rooms, computer rooms and vocational education programs; [Note: underscored language added by Management Council]

 

Topic #2: Review of court identified issue of excess capacity limitation for routine and major maintenance programs and the ability of facility retrofitting to reduce excess capacity;

 

Topic #3: Review of court identified issue of funding responsibility for utility lines to school sites as well as road construction to school sites if requested by local ordinance;

 

Topic #4:          Review of maintenance costs for local enhancements.
