1.      State Funding model and its current and most appropriate connection to results in drug courts (funding formula)

2.      Legal Entity Structuring (including concepts of who is in charge of local drug courts in regard to payroll, liability oversight, audit, etc.)

3.      Judicial rules

4.      Review of Drug Court Standards

5.      Further discussion on the collaborative model
