POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS INTERIM COMMITTEE

 

Senator Cale Case and Representative Pete Illoway, Cochairmen of the Joint Corporations, Elections and Political Subdivisions Interim Committee, have announced the Committee will meet:

 

July 30 & 31, 2007

Agenda

 

 

The purpose of the meeting is to consider revisions to the business entities laws to combat fraud, revisions to the subdivisions laws and revisions to elections and special district election laws.
