Joint Judiciary Interim Committee

 

 

Senator Tony Ross and Representative Ed Buchanan, Cochairmen of the Joint Judiciary Interim Committee, have announced the Committee will meet:

 

September 8 & 9, 2008

Agenda

 

 

The purpose of the meeting is to consider issues relating to carbon capture and sequestration, confidentiality of records, driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substances, judicial appointments, a lien study, suggested changes to sex offender registration provisions and a repeal of a superfluous interstate compact.  The Committee will also receive reports on juvenile justice, court security and drug courts.    The Legislative Service Office will distribute an agenda for this meeting at a later date and the agenda will be available on the legislative Web site at: http://legisweb.state.wy.us/.
