School Facilities Commission 2009 Supplemental Budget Request and Annual Building Status Report.

In accordance with W.S. 21‑15‑121 and 28‑11‑301, the School Facilities Commission will report on the 2009 budget request addressing statewide building and facility needs, prioritized building needs and the impact of the budget request on addressing statewide needs, together with the Commission's overall progress report on the statewide school facilities system.

 

Nontraditional School Facilities.

A report on Commission policy pertaining to nontraditional school facilities, including recommendations for appropriate access, prioritization and state support.

 

Value Engineering Annual Report.

In accordance with 2008 Laws, Chapter 48, Section 027, Footnote 3, a report on the effectiveness and savings achieved by the Commission through the value engineering process on all school construction projects.

 

 

Resolve into Select Committee Meeting for any Necessary Select Committee Action.

 

Future Select Committee Meetings/Other Business.
