AN ACT relating to liquor licenses; providing for issuance of club limited liquor licenses to political subdivisions for use at solely owned golf courses; providing for issuance of club limited liquor licenses for use at golf courses owned by political subdivisions in addition to other licenses held by the political subdivision; allowing subcontracting of golf club operation without transfer of license; providing a definition; and providing for an effective date.
