Chapter V, Section 11(b) (Supervisor's Responsibilities) is amended to require a licensee supervising an assistant or technician to submit a report to the Board at the end of the training, but no later than at the completion of one year of service.  The report shall include the outcome of the training, the reliability of the assistant's or technician's clinical performance following training, and any direct observations.

Chapter VI, Section 1 (Requirements) is amended by reducing the number of continuing education units a renewing licensee is required to complete in the preceding year from 2 units to 1.2 units. This lowers the equivalent actual contact hours required for renewal from 20 hours to 12 hours.
