NATURE OF RULES:                     Legislative, procedural.

STATUTORY AUTHORITY:         W.S. 21-18-202(f)(v)

DETERMINATION OF PROCEDURAL COMPLIANCE BASED UPON INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY THE AGENCY TO LSO:  Apparently complete to date.

SUMMARY OF RULES:  These rules amend the Commission's rules related to the community college funding allocation model.  The rules are amended to allow for adjustments to base funding made by the Budget Division of the Department of Administration and Information.

FINDINGS:  The rules appear to be within the scope of legislative intent and statutory authority.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:  That the rules be placed on the Consent List and approved by the Council as submitted by the Agency.
