This agenda sets forth the order in which the Committee will consider each topic. The times stated are tentative – if a topic is concluded early, the Committee will proceed to the next topic. The names stated are tentative – if the named person is unable to make the presentation, another person may be substituted.
Monday, June 29, 2009 - WESTERN WYOMING TOUR
8:00 a.m. The Western Wyoming Tour will depart from the new Kemmerer Best Western Fossil County Inn and Suites – 760 Highway 189/30
• Sufficient buses will be chartered for the Tour. No private vehicles will be allowed because of safety considerations.
• Requisite safety presentations will be given to all Tour participants.
• Bring a warm jacket if the weather is cool.
• Wear walking closed toe shoes.
• The Tour will include the following facilities and briefings:
o ExxonMobil LaBarge Project and a briefing on the State of Wyoming, Department of Energy, and ExxonMobil Carbon Capture and Storage Initiatives.
o EnCana Oil & Gas Power Point Presentation on Hydraulic Fracturing.
o Drive by tour of Williams Companies Opal Hub and Northwest Pipeline facility.
o Drive by tour of the Kern River Gas Transmission Co. Pipeline.
o Drive by tour of Chevron Mining Inc. Kemmerer Mine.
• Schedule for Tour:
o Depart Best Western Hotel at 8:00 a.m.
o Refreshments and Rest Stops will be available during the Tour.
o A barbecue luncheon will be served at the ExxonMobil Saw Mill Creek Trout Pond at approximately 11:00.
5:00 p.m. Approximate time Tour will return to Best Western Hotel
6:00 p.m. Dinner for Committee – Location to be announced
