W.S. 28‑11‑301 requires the Select Committee to prepare and submit budget recommendations based upon budget requests and supporting documentation and reporting provided by the School Facilities Commission.  Budget recommendations are to be provided to the Joint Appropriations Committee and the Governor by November 1.
