·         Dan O'Leary, D.V.M. Wyoming Department of Health/Center for Disease Control, background of issue, state and tribal responses, and general report. 

·         Ms. Nancy Webber, Biological Control Specialist, coordination of efforts and training of Indian Health Service officials.

·         Ms. Janice Roman,  RN, PHN, Director Community Health Services, Wind River Service Unit, education of tribal public and treatment of West Nile virus.  Ongoing efforts concerning tribal members.

·         Ms. Marty Stensaas, RN, Fremont County Health, county efforts regarding West Nile virus.
