 7:46 ~ 1/21/2011 11:29:01 AM ~ Steward  What we found  We were trying to fund a very fradgil service.  Most of their money was going to buying ambulances and equipment in the back.  There was a lot of out of pocket expenses to people who provide a valuable service.  In my mind it is one time funding.  This will not be a standard budget item.
