"Section 1.  W.S. 30‑5‑127 is created to read:

30‑5‑127.  Payment of penalties.

Any penalties collected pursuant to this article shall be deposited in the public school fund of the appropriate county as required by article 7, section 5 of the Wyoming constitution.".
