AN
ACT relating to juveniles; specifying that a court shall not name a provider in
the court order when placing a juvenile out of home if the child may qualify
for federal financial participation; authorizing the department of family
services to plan and select placement for a juvenile when the juvenile is
placed out of home as specified; and providing for an effective date.
