AN
ACT relating to GAAP accounting; establishing uniform requirements for state
government accounting and financial reporting in accordance with generally
accepted accounting principals; authorizing the state auditor to assign
accounting for activities and programs of Wyoming state government into
specified fund types and accounting groups; making conforming amendments; and
providing for an effective date.
