Subject:  Ranges of county officer's salaries.

 

 

Summary/Major Elements:

 

·        Increases the ranges of county officer salaries as follows:

o       County assessor, part-time county attorney, county clerk, clerk of district court, county sheriff and county treasurer ranges are increased from $10,000 to $60,000, to $10,000 to $75,000;

o       The range for full-time county attorneys is increased from $35,000 to $70,000, to $35,000 to $85,000;

 

·        The range increases are effective January 1, 2007.
