·        Under current law, the air services enhancement program is under the Wyoming business council, W.S. 9-12-701 and 9-12-702.

 

·        This bill transfers the air services enhancement program to the department of transportation, aeronautics commission under W.S. 10-3-601 and 10-3-602.

 

·        A non-codified section provides for an appropriation and transfers funds and one (1) full-time position or part-time positions to the aeronautics commission.
