·        Current law limits the number of malt beverage and catering permits that may be issued to twelve per organization in any one year.

 

·        The bill separates malt beverage permits and catering permits and allows for up to twenty four catering permits per organization in any one year.

 

·        Requires applications for malt beverage permits and catering permits to be accompanied by a designation of the event for which the application is sought specifying the type of event and the sponsor of the event.
