Summary/Major Elements:

 

·        Allows for incorporation of separated territories if they are connected to a common culinary water system, if they are not otherwise ineligible for incorporation, and if they have a total population of two hundred persons with a density of at least seventy persons per square mile.

 

·        When territories are incorporated under the provisions of this bill, the pipeline connecting the areas must be included in the incorporation.
