Summary/Major Elements:

 

·        Current law restricts the use of certain funds for county road and bridge isolated repairs to the lesser of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000.00) or fifty percent (50%) of the county's unobligated share of the prior year's contribution to the road construction fund for county roads and bridges.

 

·        This bill eliminates the percentage limitation and raises the dollar limit to $100,000.
