·        The bill provides for the confidentiality of information collected by the state veterinary laboratory relating to disease diagnoses which would individually identify clients.

 

·        The bill provides exceptions for laboratory test results of reportable diseases and gives the director of the state veterinary laboratory discretion when release of the information is in the interests of animal or public health.
