Summary/Major Elements:

 

·        Provides regulations for the licensure of a liquor industry representative.

 

·        A class A liquor industry representative is licensed by the Wyoming liquor division and is authorized to represent certain alcoholic products for an annual license fee of $750.  A class B industry representative is employed or managed by a class A representative and the annual license fee is $250.  A class C temporary special event industry representative is authorized to act as a representative for a special event and the license fee is $50 per event.

 

·        Bill requires that the name of the representative be published in the liquor division's price catalog with the authorized products represented by him.
