Summary/Major Elements:

 

·        This bill

 

·        Authorizes the Aeronautics Commission to encourage sponsorship and participation in aerospace education workshops;

 

·        Eliminates specific dollar limits that currently apply to bonds, notes, warrants and other revenue securities issued by local governmental entities for airport construction and maintenance;

 

·        Repeals requirements for aerial hunting registration, air taxi certification and the penalties for violations of those registration and certification requirements.
