Summary/Major Elements:

 

·        Creates the High Savery reservoir debt service account for the deposit of all revenues received by the state from the lease, sale, assignment or transfer of ownership of power or water from the High Savery reservoir and dam.

 

·        The Wyoming water development commission (WWDC) is required to use the monies in the account to meet the operation, maintenance and replacement obligations of the state relating to the High Savery dam and reservoir project.

 

·        Provides that any funds in the debt service account in excess of the amount needed to meet the obligations of the state is to be transferred to water development account I.
