·        Current law authorizes loans for recovery from "economic disasters" defined in part as an event causing at least $1.5 million in cumulative lost revenues to impacted businesses.

 

·        This act changes that part of the definition of economic disaster by reducing the threshold impact to $1 million in lost revenues.
