Summary/Major Elements:

 

·        Changes the deadline to submit payment for charges assessed by the Wyoming oil and gas conservation commission on oil and gas produced, sold or transported in Wyoming from the "month following" to the "second month following" the month in which the charge accrued.

 

·        Under the old law, some producers did not have adequate time to submit the charges and were considered in non-compliance.  This change allows one extra month to submit the charges assessed.
