·        Imposes a condition upon assistive technology equipment purchases reimbursed under the special education adjustment;

 

·        Requires districts to transfer such equipment with a special education student transferring to another district within the state if not used by another student within the district and the equipment is capable of transfer;

 

·        Imposes reporting requirements upon districts to inventory such equipment, report equipment usage levels and to report equipment transfers.
