Subject:  Amends qualifications for members of the Wyoming natural gas pipeline authority.

 

Summary/Major Elements:

 

·        Amends the qualifications of the Wyoming natural gas pipeline authority by requiring only 3 of the members to be qualified voters of the state of Wyoming.  Current law required all five members to be Wyoming voters.

 

·        Amends the definition of "associated natural resource" to include coal or coal by-products and synthetic fuels and water related to energy production.  Current law only allows oil and natural gas to be considered.
