·        Allows the department of state parks and cultural resources to use funds collected from the sale of permits for major maintenance, as approved by the legislature.

 

·        Appropriates seven million dollars to the department of state parks and cultural resources for road construction and major maintenance.

 

·        Requires the department to prepare a five year plan addressing capital needs.
