·        Provides for the business council of the Eastern Shoshone Indian Tribe and the business council of the Northern Arapaho Indian Tribe, in addition to the joint business council of the of the Eastern Shoshone and the Northern Arapaho Indian tribes to be considered an "agency" and allowed to participate with a joint powers board.

 

·        Allows the business council of the Eastern Shoshone Indian Tribe and the business council of the Northern Arapaho Indian Tribe, in addition to the joint business council of the Eastern Shoshone and the Northern Arapaho Indian tribes to participate in water development projects.

 

·        Repeals an outdated provision relating to water projects.
