·        Terms limits were imposed upon elected state officials, members of the state legislature, and the Wyoming congressional delegation, by initiative approved by the voters and certified to the Secretary of State in 1992.  The term limits, as they apply to the legislature and the Wyoming congressional delegation, have been held unconstitutional.

 

·        This bill repeals term limits for state legislators and the Wyoming congressional delegation.
