·        Appropriates $300,000.00 to the attorney general for a "special prosecution account."

 

·        Provides that the account is to be used to assist counties with unusually costly prosecutions, as defined by rules of the attorney general.  The funds "shall not be used for expenses of the office of the attorney general."

 

·        Provides that disbursements are at the discretion of the attorney general upon written request from prosecuting attorneys, who shall submit supporting fiscal information with any request.
