AN ACT relating to game and fish; modifying restrictions on the possession of weapons while hunting; authorizing the possession of automatic weapons and silencers while hunting; prohibiting the use of automatic weapons and silencers in the taking of wildlife; repealing the prohibition on carrying firearms while archery hunting; and providing for an effective date.
