Summary/Major Elements:

· Expands the purpose of the Wyoming infrastructure authority to include advanced coal technology facilities and advanced energy technology facilities.

· Expands facilities and related supporting infrastructure subject to the infrastructure's purposes to include those incidental and necessary or useful to the production or transmission of "energy". (Previous law included only transmission of electric energy).

· Expands the bonding provisions of the infrastructure authority in the same fashion.
