Page 2-line 6           After "including" delete balance of line and insert "those leading edge technologies, in development but not currently used in this state as of March 1, 2007, or a commercial product whose deployment in a coal combustion plant would allow for the significant reduction of carbon dioxide and criteria pollutants. As used in this subparagraph, "significant reduction" means the equipment shall advance the environmental and efficiency performance beyond the level of technologies that are in commercial service at that facility.".
