Summary/Major Elements: 

· This act authorizes federal procurement procedures for contracts concerning state owned property entered into by the Wyoming military department.  Use of the federal procedures would require a written finding by the department of administration and information that use of the federal procedures would be more efficient than state contracting procedures.
